At CANAN Bridal, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional shopping experience. Each piece is a labor of love, thoughtfully handcrafted to celebrate your most meaningful moments. Please review our return and cancellation policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities before placing an order.

Returns for Premium Accessories

We gladly accept returns for premium accessories such as veils, shoes, and crowns under the following conditions:

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be in original, unused condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds will be issued via PayPal within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval..
• We only accept return shipments via DHL or FedEx. Returns sent through other carriers will be rejected and returned to sender.

Custom-Made Dresses

All CANAN Bridal dresses are custom-made to order, crafted according to your unique measurements and specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these gowns:

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom-designed dresses.
• Every dress is thoroughly inspected before shipment to ensure it is free from defects.
• CANAN Bridal is not responsible for damages resulting from improper try-ons, alterations, or mishandling after delivery.

Sizing & Fit Adjustments

• Each dress is crafted based on the measurements you provide. Our tailors allow for minor adjustments by including extra fabric in the seams.
• A variation of up to 1 inch from the stated measurements may occur, which is standard in custom garment production.
• If a dress fits according to the ordered size but requires tailoring, we recommend visiting a local seamstress at your own discretion and expense.
• Correctly sized items that do not fit cannot be returned or exchanged.

Color Variations

Please note that minor color differences may occur due to screen settings on computers or mobile devices. These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for any items. As all dresses are custom-made, there is no inventory available for replacements. If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Orders canceled within 24 hours of confirmation: 90% refund
• Orders canceled between 24 – 72 hours: 80% refund
• Orders canceled between 72 – 120 hours: 50% refund
• Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun or after shipment

Restocking Fee & Return Conditions

• For accepted accessory returns, a 50% restocking fee will be applied.
• All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• Only return shipments with valid DHL or FedEx tracking numbers will be accepted.
