Dressmaking & Delivery Time

  • Dressmaking Time: Each CANAN Bridal gown is handcrafted with care and takes approximately 15 business days to complete.
  • Standard Shipping: Once the dress is completed, standard delivery takes 10 business days.
  • Express Shipping: If you need faster delivery, we offer express shipping (5 business days). Additional charges apply. Please contact info@cananbridal.com to arrange express delivery.

We are committed to timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards in every gown we create.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping is free on all orders, regardless of location.

Delivery Details

  • Estimated delivery dates are displayed on each product page.
  • Handling and shipping times are calculated based on business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. GMT may be processed the same day. Orders placed afterward will be handled on the next business day.
  • All delivery dates are estimated and may vary depending on logistics providers.

Order & Shipment Confirmation

  • Order Confirmation: A confirmation email with your order number will be sent after your purchase is successfully placed.
  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and the courier’s name.

Signature Requirement

  • All domestic orders require a signature upon delivery for added security.
  • Shipping insurance may be applied to safeguard your package during transit.

Shipping Providers

We work with USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic shipments and DHL or BorderGuru for international deliveries.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Our refund policy for order cancellations is as follows:

Time of Cancellation Refund Amount
Within 24 hours of order confirmation 90% of the order value
Between 24–72 hours of order confirmation 80% of the order value
After 72 hours and before shipment 50% of the order value
After the order has been shipped No cancellation

Taxes and Additional Charges

  • All product prices listed on CANAN Bridal include applicable taxes.
  • If reshipping is required due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, additional shipping charges will apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Delivery Due to Incorrect Address

  1. Address Verification:
    Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase.
  2. Delivery Failure:
    If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect information (recipient name, address, postal code, etc.), the buyer is solely responsible.
  3. Reshipping Fee:
    In such cases, a reshipping fee will be charged. This fee must be paid before a second delivery attempt can be made.
  4. Refund Deduction:
    If the buyer opts not to reship or cannot provide a correct address in a timely manner, a partial refund may be issued minus the original and reshipping costs.

Non-Delivery Due to Buyer Absence

  1. Receiving Delivery:
    It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package at the provided address.
  2. Delivery Attempts:
    Couriers will make reasonable attempts to deliver. If delivery fails, they may leave a notice or attempt to contact the buyer.
  3. Rescheduling:
    Buyers may reschedule directly with the courier if allowed by their policies.
  4. Reshipping Fee:
    If the package is returned to us due to missed delivery, the buyer is responsible for the reshipping cost.
  5. Refund Deduction:
    If reshipping is declined or not arranged in time, a refund will be issued minus original shipping and any related charges.

Inspection Window

Customers have 5 calendar days after delivery to verify the condition and completeness of their order. After this period, the order is considered accepted, and no damage or missing item claims will be accepted.
