Non-Refundable Items:
Please note that the following items are non-refundable:
1. Dresses made to individual measurements.
2.Tailor-made orders or items with customizations or modifications.
3. Final sale items and discount orders.
4. Urgent order fee and shipping fee.

Return Policy for Regular Sized Dresses (Sizes 2 - 14):
We accept returns for regular-sized dresses (sizes 2 - 14) under the following conditions:
The dress must not have any modifications or customizations. However, please note that the customer is responsible for paying shipping charges for both the return and original delivery.
A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, as these gowns are made to order.

Return Policy for Ready-to-Wear Items:
Ready-to-wear items can be returned, but please note that the customer is responsible for paying shipping & tax charges for both the return and original delivery.

Qualifications for a Refund:
To qualify for a refund, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Customers must contact us within 2 days of delivery to request a return.
Items must be returned within 2 days of receiving the Return Authorization.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original accessories included.

Refund Terms:
Please be aware of the following refund terms:
Only dresses ordered according to our standard size chart and without any customizations are eligible for a refund.
A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
The customer is responsible for the shipping, tax, and handling costs associated with returning the product within 5 days of receipt, using our carrier: DHL,FEDEX.
All returned items will undergo strict quality control checks before refunds are processed.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method and may take 2 weeks to appear in your account.

Return Shipping Costs:
Please note that customers are responsible for covering the full cost of shipping and any applicable taxes associated with returning the package to our store. By taking care of the return shipping costs, you can choose the shipping method that works best for you and provide us with the necessary tracking information for a secure return.

Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If you need to cancel your order within 5 days of purchase and production has not yet started, a 30% cancellation fee will be applied. This fee covers administrative costs, thread allocation, pre-production, and sample preparation associated with your order. Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled, and the item will be shipped to you as originally planned.
