We always strive to provide absolute satisfaction for our customers when shopping at CANAN Bridal. Please carefully read our return policy below to understand the conditions and procedures for returning products.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  1. Dresses made to individual measurements.
  2. Special orders or items with customizations or modifications.
  3. Items in the final sale category or special promotions.
  4. Urgent order fees and shipping fees.

Return Policy for Standard-Sized Dresses (Size 2 - 14)

  • We accept returns for standard-sized dresses (size 2 - 14) within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • The dress must not have any modifications or customizations.
  • Customers do not need to pay return shipping fees, as we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • The previous 30% restocking fee no longer applies.

Return Policy for Ready-to-Wear Items

  • Customers may return ready-to-wear items within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • We will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and include all original accessories.

Refund Eligibility

  • Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to request a return.
  • Items must be returned within 7 days after receiving the return authorization from CANAN Bridal.
  • The product must remain in its original condition, without signs of use, washing, or damage.

Refund Terms

  • Only products ordered according to our standard size chart and without customizations are eligible for a refund.
  • The previous 30% restocking fee no longer applies.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method and may take 5 - 10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • All returned products will undergo strict quality control checks before a refund is processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For items eligible for the 14-day return policy, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Customers need to provide tracking information for the returned package to ensure a secure return process.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it at no cost.
  • If a cancellation request is made within 5 days of placing the order and production has not yet started, a 30% cancellation fee will be applied.
  • Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled.
