Frequently Asked Questions

How do I choose the right wedding dress size online?

We provide a detailed size chart and measurement guide. You can follow the guide or book a free online consultation with our stylist for personalized advice.

Can I customize the design of my wedding dress?

Yes. Most of our dresses can be customized in size, length, sleeve style, neckline, and other design details to match your vision.

How far in advance should I order my wedding dress?

We recommend ordering at least 4–6 months before your wedding to allow time for tailoring and international delivery. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.

What fabrics and materials do you use?

We use premium bridal fabrics such as lace, satin, chiffon, tulle, and high-quality embellishments including pearls, crystals, and embroidery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We deliver worldwide with reliable shipping partners and provide tracking for every order.

What if my dress doesn’t fit when it arrives?

We offer alteration recommendations and support. Minor adjustments can often be done by a local tailor, and in some cases, we provide partial refunds or replacements.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the made-to-order nature of wedding dresses, returns are limited. However, we work closely with clients to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.
